- RPG Icons
An institution, of sorts. He's got a ton of stuff, including PS icons. 's worth a good look.

- RPG Sprites
Another nice sprite site, though less games covered. They make up for it though; FF6's archive has backgrounds.

- Game Sprite Archives
I really dig the way they have a tiny little window pop up with each sprite link. Plus, they got it so you can click on a black square, and the sprite's behind a black background, or click on a gray or white square, and they're on a grey/white background. Now that is just cool.

- Takatu
Interesting site, a lot of sprites too. A lot of the non-typical games are covered here, so you might find what you're lookin' for. He's got Ogre Battle too.

- King ShyGuy's Castle
Another great sprite site. Lots of stuff here!

- Mana Tree
Secret of Mana, the game that inspired me to tileset ripping and further to sprite ripping. They've got sprites of items and weapons! You don't see that every day.

- Mana World
I think it's by the same guy as the one above; this site has the same basic stuff, only for SD3. Great site.

- A2Z Entertainment
I haven't exactly asked for his permission to link, but if he wants i'll take it down. I put it here cuz it's the only other sprite site I have on hand, and it has Ogre Battle sprites. Which shocked me. Greatly. Not too greatly.

- Dark Dominion
Sprites specifically for RPGMaker. They're from games, mind, but there's mostly only monsters and item sprites here.

- Chibin's Sailor Moon Sprites
Yeah, I know. But you'd be surprised how many sites are devoted solely to SM sprites. Here's one.

- The Sub-Con Lair
NES sprites. Yes, they're scaled up, and I suspect some of 'em are jpeg, and otheres don't have transparency, but there's a lot of games here I never even heard of. It might interst you.

- Inner Circle Advanced
Fightey games. Mostly.

- NES and SNES sprites
The name says it all. A pretty large archive of Nintendo sprites.

- CyberFenir's Sprite Domain
Proving that the fansite is not dead. A great sprite site with awesome themed subsections, like a monster reserve for monster sprites and a wax museum for characters. I love it, it's so damn cool.

This guy is into mapping and tilesets. My first love, 'n what got me into sprites in the first place. Also has a very cool site map on the main page. I wonder what game that's from?

- The QB-RPG Scene Website
A good website with resources to make your own Quick Basic rpg. It also has a few RPGs to download as well, so try one.
